Louis Mussman, Founding Partner

Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2002, Mr. Mussman has focused primarily on civil rights, personal injury, and contract litigation.  After defending a massive class action based upon the Americans with Disabilities Act in 2003, Mr. Mussman co-founded Ku & Mussman, P.A. with the goal of providing competent legal counsel to the disadvantaged.

His practice has taken him around the country, and he is currently admitted to practice in all federal district and state courts in Florida, and federal court in both Connecticut and Texas.  Additionally, Mr. Mussman has been admitted pro-hac vice in numerous other federal jurisdictions, including the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Virginia, Eastern District of New York, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Louisiana, the District of Columbia, and the Western District of Oklahoma.

Mr. Mussman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002 where he also served as a member of the Inter-American Law Review.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998, during which time he also studied abroad at a London School of Economics affiliated program.
